Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele-caller to promote and sell various insurance products such as Motor, Health, and Life insurance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote insurance plans.

• Explain product features, benefits, and premium details clearly and persuasively.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance options.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Handle customer queries and provide prompt and accurate information.

• Coordinate with the sales team for policy issuance and after-sales service.
