Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

• Explain project features, pricing, and offers in a clear manner

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

• Maintain daily call logs, leads, and follow-up records

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English

• Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone calls

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and data entry

• Candidates from Navi Mumbai or nearby areas preferred
