Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database.
Clearly and persuasively explain our services to potential clients.
Schedule a minimum of 4 appointments per day for the sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain professional client interactions.
Update and manage customer databases with accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management.
Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telemarketing or sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
