Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell Tally accounting software over the phone. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, explain product features, and convert leads into customers, primarily targeting small and medium businesses.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Contacting to the New or existing customers via telephone to inform them about Tally software products or services.
• Generating sales leads, follow up with that, and convert into sales.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about Tally software products/services.
• Convincing to customers to purchase Tally software product.

• Record detailed notes of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good listening skills and ability to handle rejections professionally
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus
