We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and promoting products or services to potential customers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

Explain products or services in a clear and professional manner.

Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and resolve complaints.

Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Follow up with prospects through calls or messages.

Report daily call logs and performance to the supervisor.

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduation preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Ability to handle rejections and remain polite and professional.

Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
