Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote HDFC loan products.

Explain features, eligibility, and benefits of Home Loans / Personal Loans.

Maintain daily call logs and follow up with interested leads.

Schedule appointments for walk-in or field officers for further process.

Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Maintain database of leads and update status regularly in CRM software.
