Tele calling

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to explain loan products (Business Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Auto Loans, etc.)

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain a database of leads

• Answer queries regarding loan terms, eligibility, documentation, and interest rates

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling (experience in financial products preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Basic knowledge of loan products is a plus

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary: Fixed + Incentives
