We are seeking a motivated and confident female Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and support sales or service processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound queries from existing or potential clients.
Explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain call logs and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
Excellent verbal communication skills (in English and/or local languages).
Confident and polite phone manner.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pleasant voice and positive attitude.
Patience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
