Role and Responsibilities:

  3. Sales Strategy:

    • Devise and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new delegate clients.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract potential delegates.

  4. Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and engagement strategies.

    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of attending our conferences and events.

  5. Sales Negotiation:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to secure delegate sales agreements.

    • Work closely with the legal team to ensure all contracts align with company policies and standards.

  6. Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

    • Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  7. Targets and KPIs:

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Continuously assess and adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics.

  8. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and customer support, to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
