We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Requirements
12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software is preferred.
Hindi and English communication skills required; knowledge of [regional language] is an advantage.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
