Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to connect with potential residential customers and promote solar energy solutions. The role involves outbound calling, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential residential customers in Lucknow
Explain benefits of solar rooftop systems (cost savings, government subsidies, etc.)
Generate and qualify leads for solar installation
Fix appointments/site visits for the field sales team
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads
Handle basic customer queries regarding solar solutions
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Basic understanding of sales/telecalling
Confident and persuasive personality
Ability to handle rejection and meet targets
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling, sales, or solar/renewable industry
Knowledge of residential solar systems and subsidies (optional)
