Position: Telecaller (Female – Non Target Based)
Work Location: Kamal Vihar
Salary Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000
Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Industry Type: Aluminium Firm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

2. Share product and service details with customers.

3. Maintain proper records of calls and update customer information.

4. Support the sales/operations team with required telecommunication assistance.

5. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

6. Ensure polite and customer-friendly communication at all times.

Person Specification:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/customer support will be an added advantage.

• Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).

  • Pleasant personality and patient approach.
