Job Title: / Telecaller (Loan Department) Job Responsibilities: Customers ko phone call karke loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) ke baare me information dena. Interested customers ko loan ki details samjhana aur unki queries solve karna. loan collection karana hai . Existing customers ko call karke EMI /payment collection ke liye remind karna. Customer ke sath professional communication maintain karna. Loan application process ko start se end tak follow-up karna.

Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English) Marathi, Gujarati ,Udiya.
