Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from leads database
Counsel students on career-oriented skill courses such as Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Digital Marketing, etc.
Explain course details, duration, fees, offers, and placement support clearly and persuasively
Handle inquiries (call, WhatsApp, or SMS) and convert them into walk-ins or enrollments
Maintain proper follow-up with leads and update CRM / Excel sheets daily
Coordinate with the admin and academic team for scheduling demo classes and appointments
Share brochures, course links, and payment details as needed
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi & English
Basic computer and WhatsApp skills
Ability to handle targets and follow-ups
Positive attitude and student-friendly approach
Prior experience in telecalling or counselling is an added advantage
