Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate business leads. You'll be responsible for promoting our offerings, addressing customer queries, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

- Meet daily/weekly call targets and engagement goals

- Work closely with the sales or support team to improve customer experience

*Requirements:*

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

- 6 months minimum experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply)

- Laptop is a must

- 12th pass and above

- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

- Ability to meet target
