Job Title: Telecalling Sales - Product Advisor

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Salary: 16,000 to 20,000

Languages: English and Kannada or Tamil or Malyalam

Shift Timings: 10am to 7pm

Qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any Graduate.

Working Days: 6 days of working and 1 rotational off

Work Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecalling Sales - Product Advisor for Voice process to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, and complaints.

• Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

• Handle the customer queries.

• Knowledge about the product
