Key Responsibilities
● Call customers who have started but not completed their loan application
● Guide customers through the loan journey, including KYC, bank linking, and documentation
● Help customers understand eligibility and resolve app-related queries
● Follow up with existing customers for repeat loans and reactivation
● Convert leads into successful loan disbursals
● Maintain call records and update CRM / dialer systems
● Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
● Share customer feedback and common issues with internal teams
● Follow compliant calling practices and company policies
Candidate Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in call centre, BPO, tele-sales, inside sales, NBFC, banking, or fintech
● Good communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus
● Comfortable handling customer calls throughout the day
● Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset
● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM / dialer tools
