We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales to drive business growth via phone. Join our sales team as a Telecaller focused on engaging both inbound and outbound leads. You will build customer rapport, drive conversions, and support growth by maintaining excellent communication and swift follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce and promote offerings.

• Handle inbound calls, addressing queries, resolving issues, and nurturing relationships.

• Understand customer needs by questioning and active listening, and guide them toward appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 12 or any graduate

• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills

• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
