Telecaller – Job Description (English)

Position: Marathi Telecaller
Location: Office No. 407, Shivam IT Park, Plot A-198, Ambika Nagar, Wagle Estate, Thane (W) – 400604
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Role / Responsibilities:

• Make calls to students in Marathi and provide information about the courses.

• Generate leads and collect details of interested students.

• Explain course details, fees, placement assistance, and admission process.

• Conduct follow-up calls and invite students to the office for counseling.

• Update daily call records in Excel/CRM.

• Work according to monthly targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi.

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Polite, confident, and professional speaking manner.

• Basic computer/Excel knowledge.

• Telecalling/counseling experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Qualification:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate

• Strong command over Marathi language

Salary:

• Salary depends on experience and interview performance.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
