We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound calls, provide course information, generate leads, and schedule student appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to inquiries and leads

  • Explain courses, services, and career programs

  • Maintain call logs and update CRM

  • Schedule counseling sessions and follow up regularly

  • Achieve daily/weekly targets
