Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote website designing services
Explain company offerings including website design, redesign, and related digital solutions
Identify client requirements and generate qualified leads
Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales/business team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and responses in CRM or spreadsheets
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
Maintain professional communication and follow company calling guidelines
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, cold calling, or sales (IT services preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
Confident phone presence and persuasive skills
Basic understanding of websites or digital services (training provided)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
