Job Description:

Globiva Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Tele Sales Executives for the Flipkart process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the e-commerce and customer sales domain. The role involves contacting potential or existing Flipkart customers to promote services, resolve queries, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential Flipkart customers.

• Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits.

• Convince customers to buy or upgrade Flipkart offerings (like memberships, seller onboarding, etc.).

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Record call details and maintain updated lead status in the system.

• Follow company’s standard scripts and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain professionalism and quality on every call.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic attitude.
