Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Regularly engage with existing customers to build strong relationships and ensure they are satisfied with the platform.
- Offer ongoing support to help customers optimize their online stores and achieve their business objectives.
• Issue Resolution and Feature Updates:
- Resolve any issues or concerns customers may have, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Inform customers about new features and updates to enhance their experience and encourage continued use of the platform.
• Sales and Upgrades:
