Designation: Team Lead Sales

Education: Diploma / Degree

Experience: 1 - 2 year  

Salary - As per Industry

Job location: Pune (Pirangut)

Industry Area: EOT Crane Manufacturing Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote
products/services.
2) Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various
3) Provide accurate information to clients regarding the company & offerings. marketing campaigns.
4) Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
5) Build and maintain strong customer relationships
6) Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales staff if needed.
7) Assist in soft marketing activities like sending promotional messages, emails, social media responses, etc
8) Prepare daily call reports and share feedback with the marketing/sales team.
9) Achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

Technical Skills:
Tele calling, customer service, or marketing background preferred

Skills:
 Good Communication Skills
 Good Computer Skills, i.e. Excel, Word
