We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling calls, explaining services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales/marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential customers/clients and explain products or services.
Handle calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and update the CRM/database regularly.
Convince and engage customers to take desired actions (purchase, registration, donation, etc., depending on the organization).
Maintain professional relationships with existing customers/clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Resolve Donor issues, or concerns in a timely manner.
Report call status, feedback, and outcomes to the team leader/manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass, graduate preferred.
Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Hindi/English/regional languages as required).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
