Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to generate leads for various loan products, including personal, home, and retail loans. 

• Customer Needs Assessment:

  Ask questions to understand a customer's financial needs and recommend suitable loan options. 

• Sales & Promotion:

  Inform customers about the features, benefits, and terms of different loan products. 

• Application Process:

  Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. 

• Target Achievement:

  Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. 

• Customer Service:

  Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, address objections, and maintain positive customer relationships. 

• CRM Management:

  Accurately enter and update customer information, call logs, and sales data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and those of competitors. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for persuasive conversations. 

• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close sales, meet targets, and resolve customer issues. 

• Customer Focus: Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle customer grievances professionally. 

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant computer programs. 

• Resilience: A cool-tempered and persistent attitude to handle rejection and achieve sales goals. 

• Product Knowledge: A good understanding of retail banking products and loan types.
