​Job Overview:

​We are looking for a enthusiastic and communicative Telecaller Executive to join our team at Ananya E-Consultancy in Magarpatta, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, explaining our consultancy services, and scheduling follow-ups or meetings for senior consultants.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients using database leads and handle incoming inquiries regarding consultancy services.

​Service Explanation: Clearly communicate the features and benefits of the services provided by Ananya E-Consultancy.

​Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the sales or consulting team.

​Client Follow-ups: Maintain consistent contact with prospective clients to build rapport and convert leads.

​Data Management: Accurately update call logs, prospective client details, and status updates in MS Excel or the internal CRM system.

​Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set up appointments/consultations between potential clients and senior executives.

​Requirements & Skills:

​Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass or a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

​Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; working knowledge of English is required.

​Communication: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

​Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), web browsers, and standard office software.

​Personality Traits: Confident, patient, customer-oriented, and able to handle client queries effectively.
