Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our on-roll team as Telecalling Sales Executives . This role requires candidates with prior experience in telecalling and sales, especially in financial products offered by NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for selling financial products.

Promote and explain companies range of products such as:

Personal Loans

Business Loans

Loan Against Property (LAP)

Loan Against Shares

Credit Cards

Insurance

Education Loans

Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into successful customers.

Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs regularly.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting as per internal processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or direct sales.

Customer care experience is not applicable.

Languages:

Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (mandatory).

Education (any one of the following):

12th Pass with valid proof

10th Pass + 3-year Diploma from a recognized institute

Age:

Maximum age limit is 30 years
