We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating sales leads, providing information to customers, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Make outgoing calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Explain products and services to customers and answer related questions.
Maintain customer database and update records in CRM or spreadsheets.
Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or additional requirements.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets set by the team lead or manager.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Education: High school diploma / Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication (English / Hindi / Regional language)
Strong listening and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools Preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
