Counsel students/clients regarding courses, programs, or services offered by the institution/company.
Maintain and update the database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups regularly.
Convert inquiries into admissions/registrations through effective communication and persuasion.
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission processes.
Handle queries and resolve concerns of students/clients politely and professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/target goals set by management.
Coordinate with the admissions/operations team to ensure smooth enrollment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students/clients for retention and referrals.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, inquiries handled, and conversions achieved.
