Tele calling

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our legal services team. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining the firm’s legal services, and assisting in client communication and coordination.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and the ability to build trust with clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain the firm’s legal services (civil, property, family, documentation, etc.).

• Handle inbound calls and address client inquiries.

• Maintain and update client contact details and call records.

• Schedule appointments for the legal team and follow up with clients.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure professionalism in all communications.

• Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• Pleasant voice and good telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle clients calmly and professionally.

• Prior experience in telecalling or legal consultancy is an advantage.
