Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to support our HR Recruitment Team. This is not a sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for calling potential candidates from the company's internal database and inviting them for suitable job opportunities. The role focuses on blue-collar hiring and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60–70 outbound calls per day to candidates from the company's internal database.

• Inform candidates about available job opportunities and explain job details.

• Invite and motivate candidates to attend interviews and complete the hiring process.

• Support the HR team in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate responses and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with recruiters regarding interview schedules and candidate availability.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of active job seekers.

• Update candidate information in the recruitment system and Excel trackers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Recruitment Support, Customer Service, or BPO.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in recruitment support, staffing, BPO, or HR operations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in bulk hiring, mass hiring, or blue-collar recruitment are preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
