Job Summary:

AR Group of Education is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers (Freshers) who can handle student enquiries, generate leads, and support the admissions team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data.
Handle inbound calls and respond to student enquiries.
Provide basic information about courses and admission process.
Schedule appointments for counsellors.
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with interested students to generate conversions.
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
