We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, presenting our products/services, handling inquiries, and driving sales or lead generation. Key Responsibilities
Calling Operations: Conduct outbound calls to potential/existing customers and respond effectively to inbound calls.
Product Knowledge: Explain the company's products, services, and current promotional offers clearly to prospective clients.
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify customer needs, follow up on warm leads, and achieve assigned targets by closing sales.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve complaints professionally, and build strong customer relationships.
Data Management: Maintain accurate daily call logs, update lead statuses, and record customer feedback in Excel or CRM software.
