Tele calling

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups

• Maintain call records and update customer details accurately

• Handle customer queries and provide basic information

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into opportunities

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems

• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in telecalling, sales calling, or customer support preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Working Days & Timings:

• 6 days working

• Day shift
