Position: Team Manager – Telecalling (Personal Loan)

Company: Finwizz Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Industry: DSA / Personal Loan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Personal Loan telecallers.

  • Handle customer leads, follow-ups, and Personal Loan conversions.

  • Monitor team productivity, call quality, and sales performance.

  • Train and motivate team members to achieve business targets.

  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and disbursement.

  • Maintain daily sales reports and team MIS.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in the DSA industry.
