Job Summary
The Team Leader – Used Car Loan Finance is responsible for leading a team of sales executives or relationship managers to achieve used car loan business targets. The role involves driving business through dealer and Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channels, ensuring high-quality loan sourcing, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the used car finance sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with used car dealers, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and productivity of team members.
Ensure timely processing of loan applications and coordination with credit, operations, and collections teams.

Achievement of monthly disbursement targets.
Team productivity and sales conversion ratio.
Dealer acquisition and retention.
