Our ecosystem includes Stock Pathshala (SEBI-compliant trading education) and Fraud Free (investor protection services). Our content reaches millions of viewers monthly across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Publisher, the operational engine who ensures our content gets published consistentl. Key Responsibilities Daily Publishing Operations (Core) ● Publish and schedule content across YouTube (main channel + Shorts channel), Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp as per the daily content calender
YouTube: Upload 1–2 Shorts daily and 2–3 long-form videos weekly with correct titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, end screens, cards, and chapters ● Instagram: Publish 2–3 Reels daily, 7–8 Stories daily, and community posts — with correct captions, hashtags, music, stickers, and interactive elements (polls, questions) ● LinkedIn:

Must-Have Requirements ● Minimum 1 year of continuous experience at one organization in social media publishing, coordination, or content operations (we will verify this — job-hoppers with multiple 3–4 month stints will not be considered) ● Comfortable working 6 days/week with content that follows a daily rhythm ● Based in Mohali/Chandigarh/Tricity or willing to relocate (this is an in-person role) ● Hindi and English proficiency (our content is Hinglish)Publish 1 post daily with proper formatting and hashtags ● WhatsApp: Send 1 broadcast/community post daily ● YouTube Community Posts: Publish next-day community posts for every major video ● Double-check every post before it goes live: spelling, links, tags, thumbnails
