Senior Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive for our Own Company i.e. Yss Direct Credit Private Limited based at Noida Sector 75.

Loan Type - Personal Loan, MSME loans like BL, LAP, HL, etc.

Experience- 6 Months - 5 Years

Salary - 3 LPA+ ( Depends on your Interview)

Qualification - Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for various loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to cross-sell/up-sell financial products.

• Collect required documents, verify details, and ensure smooth application processing.

• Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal of loans.

Preferred Experience Areas:

• Direct sales or DSA channels

• Personal loans / Business loans / Home loans / Auto loans

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary (based on experience and location)

• Incentives/Performance Bonuses

• Travel Allowances (if applicable)
