Job Title: Telesales Executive (Outbound Process)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (inclusive of incentives)
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shif

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

✅ Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior telesales experience will have an advantage.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
