Job Description

Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Prepare sales reports and update management on sales performance.
Mentor and guide junior telesales executives when required.
