Coordinate and support the domestic sales team in achieving targets.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order confirmation.
Process domestic sales orders and ensure timely dispatch & delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic clients.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, logistics, etc.) for order execution.
Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates with management.
Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and support.
Assist in planning and execution of sales strategies for the domestic market.
