Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our customer base and
strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will actively seek new business opportunities, build relationships, and support the
sales process from lead generation to closure.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential customers within the assigned region and product categories using online tools (Google,
directories, industry networks).
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Use Zoho CRM to maintain, update, and track all prospects, leads, and customer data.
Develop a deep understanding of Sona’s product range and value propositions.
Deliver product presentations and perform physical product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate with customers on pricing, terms, and agreements, and drive prospect conversion into sales.
Act as a single point of contact for customers post-sales, ensuring after-sales support and relationship management.
Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and customer meetings to grow business in the region.
Skills and Qualifications:
Freshers with strong written and verbal communication skills are welcome.
Minimum education qualification must be bachelors degree in Business/ Marketing.
Prior experience (1–4 years) in Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales preferred.
Experience in physical, one-on-one customer meetings and product demos.
Must be open to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Proficiency in using MS Office tools, emails, and Zoho CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
