• Identify and develop new insurance sales opportunities as instructed by the management.

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients on calls.
