Senior Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our range of mattresses.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective pitching and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details using CRM tools.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
  
  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles (preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).

  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of mattresses and home comfort products is an added advantage.

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
