• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 6-day work week

• Week Off: One weekly off on a rolling basis (Saturday or Sunday any one)

• Work Mode: Santacruz, Mumbai (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

•Contact parents through calls, WhatsApp and emails.

•Understand parents’ requirements and explain suitable programs.

•Handle queries and objections and convert leads into customers.

•Follow up with interested parents and maintain CRM records.

•Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

•Maintain accurate CRM records and track follow-ups and deal stages.

•Upsell/cross-sell relevant programs and products.

Requirements:

•1–3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Success.

•Graduate from any field.

•Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent telephone communication skills.

•Proven track record of achieving monthly revenue/conversion targets.

•Strong objection-handling and convincing skills.

•High empathy with a consultative and customer-focused mindset.

•Experience in EdTech will be an added advantage.
