Senior Telesales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing Sand and Quarry business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into confirmed sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell sand, blue metal, and other quarry materials.

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients, understand their material requirements, and provide accurate product information and quotations.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales orders.

• Maintain an updated database of customer inquiries, quotations, and followup details in the CRM system.

•Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries, concerns, and complaints.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
