Senior Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want real-world exposure in business development, sales, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

IT Sales

• Identify and generate business leads.

• Promote IT services including Website Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, ERP/CRM, AI Solutions, and Software Development.

• Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Schedule meetings and support the sales team in closing opportunities.

• Maintain sales reports and CRM updates.

Recruitment Sales

• Promote Recruitment, Staffing, and HR Services to companies.

• Generate leads for hiring requirements.

• Coordinate with HR teams and business clients.

• Assist in preparing proposals and follow up with prospective clients.

• Support business development activities for recruitment services

Vijobs.in Platform Support

• Promote Vijobs.in to employers and job seekers.

• Assist companies with job postings.

• Support candidate registrations and employer onboarding.

• Increase platform awareness through marketing initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

· Only MBA (Students can apply)

· Good communication skills (English/Telugu preferred)

· Basic understanding of sales or business development is a plus
