Senior Telesales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken English, hold a graduate degree, and have prior experience in outbound sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch products/services.

• Communicate product features and benefits to customers in fluent, confident English.

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to increase sales conversion.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM software.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant information to close sales.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum graduation in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing.

• Language Skills: Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and resilience under pressure.

Preferred

• Experience in the relevant industry or sector is an advantage.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
