Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to sell our Salon & Beauty Management Software. The role involves cold calling salon and beauty centers by sourcing contact numbers from Google Maps and converting them into qualified leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify salon & beauty centers using Google Maps

  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers (owners/managers)

  • Explain the product and its benefits clearly

  • Generate leads and close sales

  • Maintain basic call and lead records

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi (regional language is a plus)

  • Prior telesales or cold-calling experience preferred (B2B experience is a bonus)

  • Comfortable with targets and incentive-based earnings

  • Self-driven and disciplined (minimal supervision)

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + high-performance incentives

  • Top performers can earn up to ₹70,000 per month

Work Mode:

  • Remote / Work from home

  • Full-time
